- All services will be performed as per the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and terms with each client.

- Each project will begin with a consultation to define the scope, requirements, and timeline. A proposal or quote will be provided based on this discussion.

- Once the proposal is accepted, a contract or agreement outlining the project details will be signed. A deposit may be required to commence the project.

- I will provide drafts and revisions as per the agreed terms. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur extra charges.

### *3. Payment Terms*

- Payment terms will be outlined in the contract for each project. A deposit is typically required upfront, with the balance due upon completion or delivery of the final work.

- All payments must be made within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may incur additional fees.

### *4. Intellectual Property*

- All original artwork, designs, and content created by me remain my intellectual property until full payment has been received. Once payment is complete, the client will receive rights to use the final design or artwork for the agreed purposes.

- I reserve the right to use any work created for portfolio purposes, marketing, or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

### *5. Confidentiality*

- I respect the confidentiality of all client projects. Any sensitive information provided by the client will be kept confidential and will not be shared without explicit consent.

### *6. Refunds and Cancellations*

- If a project is canceled by the client after it has commenced, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds will only be provided at my discretion, based on the stage of the project and work already completed.

- If I am unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, any deposits will be refunded, and ownership of incomplete work will be negotiated.

### *7. Limitation of Liability*

- I strive to provide high-quality, original work. However, I am not liable for any losses, damages, or claims resulting from the use of my designs or services beyond the agreed-upon scope.
